CAN'T AFFORD TUTORING?

The Liberty Lake Learning Center is offering The Reading Club, The Math Club, and The Writing Club.

The Reading Club covers all aspects of literacy, decoding, fluency, comprehension, writing (physically and the writing process), auditory and visual processing skills.

The Math Club offers direct instruction in math, using age-appropriate, developmentally-appropriate math curriculum that is structured and sequential.

The Writing Club offers covers all aspects of the writing process, including grammar, sentence structure, different types of writing, collecting information, writing, drafts, and editing. ( grades 6-8). Depending on need, this class will be added to the schedule. Please inquire about this class if you are interested in having your middle school student learn, review, or master writing skills.

The Reading and The Math Clubs are organized by grade levels: K - 2, 3 - 5, and 6 - 8.

Contact Joan Peters first before registering for classes. Please indicate reading or math and the age of your child. As soon as classes are organized, you can register through the City of Liberty Lake. Currently, classes are being set up by need on Wednesday and Thursday:

Wednesday:

3:15 - 4:15, 4:15 - 5:15, 5:15 - 6:15

Thursday:

4:00 - 5 :00, 5:00 - 6: 00, 6:00 - 7:00 (Reading-grades 3-5)

Price: $15.00 per hour with a ratio of 3+

*Registration and payment are required prior to joining any classes.

Ideal for homeschoolers and others needing extra and professional help. if you are concerned that there may be a learning disability with your child, there is an option of getting an assessment prior to joining a class. Please call to schedule an assessment and to inquire about pricing for the assessment. Very affordable rates!
